I can easily give 5 stars to Dr. Jacobs and his whole staff. They are kind, professional, explain things clearly and very good at their jobs. They have been wonderful through my whole implant process. I highly recommend Dr Jacobs and his staff.

Absolutely the best oral and dental implant surgeon, Dr. James Jacobs and his phenomenal staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring and will make sure that your experience is the most comfortable possible. Beautiful, comfortable office furniture and decor with subtle soothing music in the background that relaxes you prior to any procedure. All dental implants I’ve had were done so well I had no pain after two three days. They follow up to check on your well being post-op to make sure all is well. Highly recommended!

If you have to go to an Oral Surgeon this the place to go everyone is great very friendly very helpful they take great care of you. My teenage daughter extracted her wisdom teeth in summer 2025 by Dr Jacobs. The procedure lasted less than 45 minutes. She felt no pain during the surgery and was given full instruction when leaving. She recovered within the week without any complications. My son went in for a consultation for a tooth that wasn’t dropping to the right place. Doctor Carlson was very helpful. He recalled my son back to the office for a follow up visit at no charge in a year to see if anything changed. They put the images on a thumb drive for me to take to our regular Orthodontist. Overall I am very pleased with service provided by Pacifica Oral Surgery Thousand Oaks Office. The staff are welcoming and professional. It’s a place I can trust.

I was going to have four wisdom teeth extracted. Before my surgery, I was feeling anxious, but in contrast, the staff made me feel really comfortable and safe. Also, the staff watched over me after the surgery was finished. Thank you Dr. Sarraf and staff. You are all a wonderful team.

I cannot recommend this office enough. The doctor and staff are so kind and reassuring. I’ve never felt like I was in safer hands for any dental procedure. I put off a wisdom tooth removal for far too long and they did not issue an ounce of judgement in their office. Purely reassurance. I am so grateful for their care!
